The Sublette County Rural Health Care District is offering free health fair reviews with one of three health care providers in April. Schedule your free 15-minute session with the provider of your choice to review your Health Fair Lab results. The appointment includes a Provider review of your lab results, weight check, blood pressure check.

Leslie Hagenstein, DNP, Friday, April 14th from 8:00AM to noon
Jason Ray, PA-C, Tuesday, April 18th, 1:30PM to 5:00PM
Brendan Fitzsimmons, MD, Wednesday, April 19th, 8:00AM to Noon
