Everyone is invited to Bondurant on Sunday at 1PM at St. Hubert's Church to give thanks and celebrate this terrific holiday. They will provide turkey and ham. Please bring a side dish or dessert if you are able.

November 23, 2017:
Annual Pinedale Turkey Trot 5000

Thursday
Starts at Sheppard's home, 22 Sportsmans Loop in Pinedale. This is a 3-mile fun run, walk or trot. Registration starts at 8:30AM, Trot starts at 9AM. All levels of fitness welcome and can bring strollers and your well-behaved 4-legged friend. Everyone needs to register, however there is no charge to enter. There have been up to 200 participants in past years. For more information call 307-367-4654 or email craig.sheppard@yotmail.com.

November 28, 2017:
Wyoming DEQ Pre-Winter Ozone Season Update

Tuesday
From 6-8PM in the Lovatt Room of the Pinedale Library. The meeting will begin with opening remarks by aQD Administrator Nancy Vehr. After opening remarks, there will be multiple stations with opportunities for one-on-one displays and chance to talk with representatives from DEQ, industry, and environmental groups. The DEQ stations will include 2018 Winter Ozone Season info, Commercial Oilfield Waste Disposal Ponds Study, 2017 Winter Ozone Season information, as well as compliance and inspection.

18: International Survivor Day event in Pinedale A day for people in local communities to find comfort and gain understanding as they share stories of healing and hope. Lovatt Room in the Pinedale Library from 10-11AM. There will be a screening of "The Journey: A Story of Healing and Hope," a documentary about the suicide loss experience, as well as the new follow-up featurette, "The Journey Revisited," in which six of the original Journey participants gather three years later to reflect on how their grief and healing journey is evolving. (Bondurant) - Always held the last Sunday in June following church services at St. Hubert the Hunter church in Bondurant. Fundraiser for the community.
Green River Rendezvous (Pinedale) - Always held the 2nd full weekend in July. Includes a parade, living history presentations, Rendezvous Pageant, Rendezvous Prairie Mass and much more
Chuckwagon Days (Big Piney) - Always held the 4th of July weekend in Big Piney and at the rodeo grounds at the Sublette County Fairgrounds north of Marbleton. Includes parade, community picnic/BBQ, Little Buckaroo Rodeo, adult rodeo and fireworks.
