The Wyoming Cowboys defeated Boise State 30-28 Saturday night, Oct. 29th. It was late in the 4th quarter when Wyoming surged to make a touchdown to tie up the game 28-28. Boise had the ball when Wyoming defensive lineman Chase Appleby knocked the ball away from Boise State QB Brett Rypien and the ball went out of the back of the end zone for a safety at 1:38 left in the game. Wyoming was able to make the first down to use up the clock. It's Wyoming's first win over a ranked team since 2002 and their first take down of Boise State in school history.
