Missing Vehicle Found

(Pinedale, Wyoming – May 19, 2016, 12:08PM) This morning at approximately 9:45am during an aerial search of the Half Moon Lake area a Federal Bureau of Investigations agent in the air spotted a white pickup in a wooded area off of the main road in the vicinity. A ground team was sent to that location and then confirmed that the vehicle spotted was the missing Utah Transit Authority vehicle being searched for. The FBI and Wyoming of Division of Criminal Investigation are processing the scene.

Lincoln County Sheriff Shane Johnson as well as the Utah Transit Authority Police were notified. The vehicle will be turned over and processed by the FBI and the Utah Transit Authority in the course of their investigation.

Also at approiximately 1030am this morning Centerville Police transported the two male subjects Flint Wayne Harrison (51) and Derek James Harrison (22) back to Utah in reference to their warrants. Maryann Harrison (45) still remains in the Sublette County Detention Center awaiting extradition by the Utah Department of Corrections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank all the agencies involved in the search for the two suspects over the weekend and the ongoing search in the area for the missing truck. Numerous agencies from both the State of Wyoming and Utah were involved including: The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, The Centerville Police Department, The Utah Department of Public Safety, Utah Transit Authority Police, Wyoming Highway Patrol, The US Marshal’s Service, The National Forrest Service Law Enforcement, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Sublette County Unified Fire, Sublette County EMS, Rock Springs Police Department, Green River Police Department, and the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office. Also to the citizens of Sublette County for their patience and providing vital information to aid in the investigation. Sheriff Haskell would like to thank the Citizens also for their hospitality for the many agencies and media coming into the community all week.
