The Sublette County Golf Committee will be accepting Proposals for leasing and operating the new snack bar being built as part of the new Rendezvous Meadows Golf Course Club House opening in the spring of 2015. The Golf Committee will consider all ideas proposed. Any resulting agreement will be subject to terms as required by Sublette County. Utilities shall be provided as part of the lease.

Proposals shall include:

Restaurant management experience
Compensation to Golf Committee for lease of snack bar
Months / Days / Hours of operation
Staffing information
Potential menu ideas

Sealed written proposals shall be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk, P.O. Box 250, 21 South Tyler, Pinedale, WY 82941, by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015.

Interested persons may contact Golf Course Manager Jeremy Christensen at pinedalegolf@yahoo.com to arrange to see the new Club House accommodations and receive a listing of appliances to be installed and available for use by any potential Lessee. Sublette County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all Proposals.
