Wednesday, March 13: Dusting of snow, drifted by the wind. All trails groomed except Heart Attack. Watch for deer, they are moving back up and there are a lot on the road up to White Pine. The portion of the trail along the White Pine parking lot was disturbed for the snowmobile hillclimb event last weekend – it is very dirty, marginally skiable, but don’t recommend taking your good skis through there. The season is winding down. Weather forecast is for 54 degree temperatures at the end of the week. No grooming below at the golf course or CCC Ponds - those areas are melting out.
Funding for Nordic trail grooming is provided by the Sublette County Recreation Board, through the Sublette County Commissioners.
