Feds keep $53 million of Wyoming’s share of federal mineral royalties

The Wyoming Business Report posted an article today (Wednesday, March 27) saying the Department of Interior plans to keep $53 million dollars due to Wyoming from their split share of federal mineral royalties from mineral leasing on federal lands in the state.
