At approximately 6:20 p.m. on Thursday February 14, 2013 the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office responded to a possible gunshot victim. Upon arrival, the victim was transported to the Big Piney Medical Clinic where he was pronounced dead. Preliminary investigation at this time indicates that 18 year old Cody Heseltine from Big Piney, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office extends its condolences to the family of Mr. Heseltine.
