Welcome
Statement of purpose:
This is a Special Meeting o the RHCB. During a special meeting, the Board is required by its by-laws and state statutes to address only those items which fall within the specifically publicized purpose for calling the meeting. The publicized purpose of this meeting is to "discuss organizational issues only". It is the Boards intention at this meeting to determine which organizational (administrative ) items need to be addressed immediately or within the next month or so and address them.
Statement of procedure:
We will first read a list of items compiled by the Board to be addressed at this meeting.
Then we will hear from anyone in the audience who wishes to add an item to the list.
Each such item needs to be within the scope of the above-stated purpose of the meeting.
Suggested items not fitting the purpose of the meeting will not be discussed.
We ask that each person who speaks, first introduces his/herself and, if an employee of the District, state his/her assignment. We ask that, if an item has been introduced by one person, that no one else speak on that item until it is presented for actual discussion. After everyone who wishes to has had an opportunity to add to the list, we will bring each accepted item up for discussion. Public comment will be allowed on each such item as it is brought up for discussion.
