Dave Bell and Arnie Brokling went to see how far they could hike up the Boulder Creek Canyon trail on Saturday, May 14th. Dave’s trail report: "Snow, mud and water. We were met with snow at the trailhead and while parts of the trail are dry, anything with a north exposure has deep snow. We made it about 3 miles up the trail to the swampy area below the small lake. At that point snow was consistent. The trail is very muddy and wet in many sections, particularly as you proceed further into the canyon."
