Free creative writing, circus arts workshops with Bob Berky

Internationally acclaimed writer, actor and comedian Bob Berky will be performing live at the Pinedale Auditorium on Friday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m., as a presentation of the Pinedale Fine Arts Council.
In the week leading up to the performance, the Pinedale Fine Arts Council will be presenting a number of free evening workshops hosted Berky.
On Monday, Feb. 22, he held his "Circus Arts" workshop at the Pinedale Aquatic Center focusing on balancing, juggling and object manipulation. On Tuesday, he conducted his "Movement and Mime Technique" workshop teaching new vocabulary, body awareness and control, body isolations and greater understanding of stillness.
On Wednesday, February 24 Berky will be conducting a creative writing workshop at the Sublette County Library (Pinedale) Lovatt Room beginning at 7:00 pm. This will be a fun, creative writing workshop which employ exercises to stir and stimulate your creative juices.
On Thursday, Feb. 25 Berky will lead the same creative writing workshop at the Big Piney Branch Library beginning at 7:00 pm.
In addition to these evening workshops, Berky will be conducting a number of workshops in the Pinedale school district all week long.
Bob Berky’s evening workshops are presented by the Pinedale Fine Arts Council with support in part from the Wyoming Arts Council through funding from the Wyoming Legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts which believes a great nation deserves great art, Sublette BOCES, SCSD #1 & #9, The Sublette County Recreation Board, the Wyoming Community Foundation, EnCana and the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation.
