Natural Gas Seminars offered

Are you interested in learning more about the natural gas drilling and production activity that is going on in Sublette County? Three of the big operators in the county are offering free informational seminars to the public to give a better understanding of the life of a natural gas well, from leasing to production.
The seminars are being offered by Ultra Resources Inc, Shell Exploration & Production Company and Questar Exploration and Production.
The public will have an opportunity to hear from, and ask questions of the operators’ technical representatives.
The seminars are designed to give information on the basic steps involved in securing leases, evaluating the land, drilling wells, producing natural gas and reclamation efforts.
Presentations will include discussions about the techniques and technologies used on the Pinedale Anticline.
The seminars will be presented in sequential order to give an understanding of the process. Participants are asked to attend one seminar each week.
All of the seminars will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Shell office located at 205 Entertainment Lane in Pinedale.
