Map to new office

Sublette County Public Health has moved from their office up on the hill next to the Pinedale Medical Clinic to their new office at 380 Faler Avenue in Pinedale. The move is because the building they are currently using will be demolished as part of the construction of the new Critical Access Hospital to be located on the same site. Their new office is located on the north end of the Sublette Center building, near the Pinedale Middle School. They will keep their same mailing address (PO Box 517, Pinedale 82941), and phone number 307-367-2157. Their office hours will remain the same: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to Noon, 1:00PM to 5PM. They are closed Noon to 1:00PM for lunch.
