Five Foggy Moose


The morning began with a heavy damp fog. And, right out of the gate we encountered five moose. I guess five moose makes a herd. They are so solitary it is unusual to see five together. From the looks they were all bulls as they have nubs after dropping their horns. They were a bit feisty and the pecking order was not entirely established. After a while they wandered back into the willows and fog./djb
